- Geolocation Data: Collected only if you enable location services in your device settings. May include precise GPS during streaming/alerts.
- Communications: Support requests, feedback, and in-app messages.

Your data is used to:
- Operate and improve Safe-Watcher (record, store, stream, alert, share as you direct).
- Send safety alerts and notifications to your designated contacts.
- Maintain security and detect/prevent abuse or service issues.
- Provide support, communicate updates, and personalize certain experiences.
- Comply with legal or regulatory requirements and enforce our Terms.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your information. We may share data with:
- Emergency Contacts: When you enable alert notifications.
- Service Providers: Trusted third parties (e.g., hosting, storage, analytics, communications) under contract.
- Legal Authorities: When legally obligated to do so, or to protect rights, safety, and property.

Your data is retained as long as necessary for the purposes described or to comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion anytime. Backups may persist temporarily per backup cycles.

Safe-Watcher is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Contact us if you believe we have done so inadvertently.

Our app may link to or integrate external platforms (e.g., YouTube, Google Maps, analytics). Their practices are governed by their own policies. Review them separately.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app/website notices.

We do not sell Personal Information. If we ever engage in “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under applicable state laws, you will be able to opt out. Use Contact Us for related requests.

15. Do Not Track
Some browsers send “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals. Because there is no industry standard for DNT responses, we do not currently respond to DNT signals.
